Kern County Artist and Bakersfield native, Madison Cowan is a professional oil painter and printmaker, as well as the Marketing and Communications Contractor. Cowan has been teaching art for five years and pursuing her studio practice since receiving her Bachelor in Arts from Westmont College. Serving her community with art therapy lessons, Cowan is an advocate for individuals with learning and ability differences. Cowan has worked and spoken with students, along with various professional development and art groups from around the world, and works with small business owners in promoting and developing their brand and vocations. Madison Cowan is passionately pursuing the mission of providing arts education, access, and advocacy to all artists in her community.
