What materials does Madison Cowan studio use?

we believe you can create with almost anything! But it helps to have the right tools for the job. Here are just some of our favorites.

How Can I receive my order? (United States shipping only)

Hand Pick Up is preferred and most cost affective, however shipping is always an option.

Paintings

Oil paintings can take a significant time from start to finish. Paintings may be packaged and shipped accordingly at least 7-12 weeks after completion before making its way to you.

  • For an estimate on shipping large paintings, please email me.

Prints

Printed copies of work may be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks once the print is received and packaged, before making its way to you. Poster sized prints may be carefully rolled and shipped in a tube, while smaller prints will be shipped flat.

  • Shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail (usually arrives within 1-3 days)

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.

How do we price our work?

Each work is created with the upmost quality and genuine professional care.

Private or commissioned final prices are often determined on material costs, scale of the piece, medium, amount of time taken and the difficulty of the subject matter.

Pricing all work is individually determined. Madison Cowan Studio collections and individual pieces are priced with similar consideration.

Special requests, revisions, or rushed deadlines are additional fees.

When will there be new items available?

We are constantly creating new work to share and are pleased to have the opportunity to share it with you.

New releases are announced to mailing list members first, then advertised on my Instagram @madisoncowanstudio. Larger collections are released are often twice a year.

can I commission a painting?

Yes! Madison Cowan Studio is currently accepting commissions. If you are interested in a private commission please email us directly, contact@madisoncowan.org.

Returns & Refunds?

Every work of art and order is handled with great care and with as much clarity as possible. Please be sure to read descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

All sales are final except in certain situations to be determined by the artist.

Who really owns the work?

Madison Cowan Studio retains all rights to all artwork created. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings.

Madison Cowan Studio retains the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK SHE CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original artwork).

Buyers may not reproduce or resell any work without consenting written permission from the artist, Madison Cowan.
